General Terms of Commerce

The following “General Terms of Commerce” apply to contracts for the sale of goods (hereafter also referred to as Label of “Sell”, “Rent”, “Technical Services”) between buyers and the seller that are conducted via the Machinoweb. Machinoweb serves as a platform facilitating connection between organizations or consumers and vendors or sellers. However, it does not itself become a signatory party to these purchase contracts.

Machinoweb likely acts as an intermediary or a facilitator, providing a platform for buyers and sellers to engage in transactions and connection without itself becoming a party to those transactions.

Listing and Selling

Any item you post for sale on our Site must be legally available for sale. On our Site's listing page, you must properly describe your item and indicate all conditions of sale. Your listings may only include text descriptions, graphics, photographs, and other content related to the sale of that item, including any information needed by law. The listing and its content must be your own work or something that you have the legal right to use.
Buyers can explore and view machines/equipment and services listings on Machinoweb without any membership requirements. But contact will only be possible once you become a member.

Machinoweb Advises:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to check and verify the status of the product as indicated in the seller’s listing.
Warranty terms for new products should be mutually determined at the time of negotiation.
Prior to completing the purchase of used products, it's crucial to discuss and resolve any concerns about their working condition, defects, faults, and other potential issues.
For rental products, it is essential to discuss terms and conditions, including usage guidelines and potential damages, before confirming the agreement.

Buyer-Seller Communication

Once a purchase is made, the communication regarding the delivery method, negotiation, transaction, and terms is solely between the buyer and the seller. Machinoweb doesn’t have any liability as an organization.
Buyers can contact sellers directly through the provided phone numbers or emails to inquire about listings and initiate purchase discussions but after becoming a member by acquiring some of our membership plans. However, Machinoweb is offering a basic membership plan (available at no cost) upon your initial sign-in.

Negotiation and Transaction

Machinoweb does not intervene in the negotiation process or transaction terms between buyers and sellers.
Pricing and other transaction details are negotiated exclusively between the buyer and the seller.
Buyers have the flexibility to negotiate terms directly with sellers.

Pricing on Ads

Machinoweb is not involved in determining or influencing the pricing of items listed in ads.
Sellers have full autonomy to set their own prices for the products or services they advertise.
Buyers should negotiate pricing directly with the sellers based on their own terms.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Responsibility: Machinoweb is an industrial support platform facilitating the buying, selling, and renting of machines and equipment/tools. We do not directly handle the delivery or shipment of products.
Pickup Arrangements: It is solely a matter between the buyer and seller regarding whatever agreements and arrangements they choose.
Delivery Options: Sellers have the flexibility to decide how they prefer to deliver the machine to the buyer.

Sellers are encouraged to review and adhere to these terms for a smooth and transparent commerce experience on our platform.

Dispute Resolution

Notice

You acknowledge and agree that Machinoweb shall not be liable for your interactions with any organizations and/or individuals on the Website or through the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, payment and delivery of goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranty, or representations associated with any interaction you may have with other organizations and/or individuals. These dealings are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals.
You agree and acknowledge that Machinoweb shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or interactions.
If there is a dispute between participants on the Website or between users and any third party, you understand and agree that Machinoweb is under no obligation to become involved in such dispute.
We have the right to amend the general terms of commerce at any time. We may notify you of changes to the general terms of commerce, but we are under no obligation to do so. All changes will be posted on this page, and it is your duty to examine it on a regular basis.
