Membership Payment & Refund Policy

Machinoweb.com provides its members with services. Membership is a privilege, not a right, and Machinoweb.com has the right to alter its services and suspend, terminate, or restrict your membership at any time if it considers that doing so is reasonable under the terms of this Agreement or any of its Policies. If Machinoweb.com alters its services, suspends, terminates, or restricts your membership in the situations stated above or in this Agreement, you may be unable to access our services temporarily or permanently, and applying for a new account is banned.

Your membership cannot be transferred. Your Machinoweb.com account may not be accessed at all. You must not, in particular, enable anyone to use them or transfer or sell them to another party. You must keep control of your account while you are a member. You are responsible for what happens on that account and must notify us if there is any unauthorized use of your account or member ID or password.

Machinoweb.com has four different membership levels:

  1. Basic Membership: Permits the user to list up to 05 standard advertisements; you can upload 05 pictures per Ad. This basic membership duration is 3 months.
  2. Silver Membership: Lets the user list up to 10 standard advertisements; you can upload 10 pictures per ad, 03 Featured ads, 05 Videos limit, you can upload 02 PDF brochures.
  3. Gold Membership: Permits the user to list up to 30 standard advertisements; you can upload 15 pictures per ad, 10 Featured ads, 05 Hot ads, you can upload 02 PDF brochure & 15 Videos limit.
  4. Platinum Membership: Permits the user to list up to 50 standard advertisements; you can upload 15 pictures per ad, 15 Featured ads, 10 Hot ads, you can upload 04 PDF brochures & 25 Videos limit.

Note: Our membership plans are offered at varying durations, including monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, and annually.

At Machinoweb, we are committed to providing a valuable and secure platform for our users. Please review our refund policy for membership plans.

This policy is designed to maintain the integrity of our platform and ensure fair practices. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to these terms.

Refund Eligibility:

No refund is valid once you buy any package; we, therefore, advise members to think twice before finalizing its desired package based on optimum utilization.

Refund based on non-usage criteria:

No refund is valid; it's the member's responsibility to do maximum utilization of provided facilities in a package.

No Refund for Account Deactivation:

If a member voluntarily deactivates their account, no refund will be provided.

Termination by Machinoweb:

Machinoweb reserves the right to terminate any member account for substantial violations of our terms and policies. If a member account is terminated by Machinoweb under the following conditions:

  1. Machinoweb has the right to terminate your membership if any member listing or posting is found to be false and fraudulent. The issue will be notified to the member, and if their reply is not found satisfactory, their membership will be terminated, and all the data of such a member shall be deactivated. In such a case, no refund will be valid or entertained.
  2. Machinoweb has the right to terminate your membership if member listings and postings contain any religious, political, unethical, nudity, or pornographic material. The account will be immediately suspended, and an email notification will be sent to the member, who has three days' time to reply. If their reply is unsatisfactory, then no refund will be valid or entertained.
  3. Machinoweb has the right to terminate your membership without providing any reason whatsoever. In specific cases, Machinoweb will refund your remaining membership balance from the date of suspension.
Refund Calculation:

The refund will be calculated based on the unutilized remaining days in the member's package. The refund amount will be = per day rate of the selected package * numbers of unutilized days.

Termination Process:

Termination initiated by Machinoweb will be communicated to the member with details regarding the refund amount if applicable.

We have the right to amend the membership & refund policy at any time. We may notify you of changes to the membership & refund policy, but we are under no obligation to do so. All changes will be posted on this page, and it is your duty to examine it on a regular basis.
