Machinoweb.com provides its members with services. Membership is a privilege, not a right, and Machinoweb.com has the right to alter its services and suspend, terminate, or restrict your membership at any time if it considers that doing so is reasonable under the terms of this Agreement or any of its Policies. If Machinoweb.com alters its services, suspends, terminates, or restricts your membership in the situations stated above or in this Agreement, you may be unable to access our services temporarily or permanently, and applying for a new account is banned.
Your membership cannot be transferred. Your Machinoweb.com account may not be accessed at all. You must not, in particular, enable anyone to use them or transfer or sell them to another party. You must keep control of your account while you are a member. You are responsible for what happens on that account and must notify us if there is any unauthorized use of your account or member ID or password.

This policy is designed to maintain the integrity of our platform and ensure fair practices. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to these terms.
No refund is valid once you buy any package; we, therefore, advise members to think twice before finalizing its desired package based on optimum utilization.
No refund is valid; it's the member's responsibility to do maximum utilization of provided facilities in a package.
If a member voluntarily deactivates their account, no refund will be provided.
Machinoweb reserves the right to terminate any member account for substantial violations of our terms and policies. If a member account is terminated by Machinoweb under the following conditions:
The refund will be calculated based on the unutilized remaining days in the member's package. The refund amount will be = per day rate of the selected package * numbers of unutilized days.
Termination initiated by Machinoweb will be communicated to the member with details regarding the refund amount if applicable.

We have the right to amend the membership & refund policy at any time. We may notify you of changes to the membership & refund policy, but we are under no obligation to do so. All changes will be posted on this page, and it is your duty to examine it on a regular basis.
