It is free to join (create a Machinoweb.com account). Fees for listing and selling products on our Site. When you post an item, you will have the chance to examine and accept the costs for using our services.

We have the right to change our prices at any time. Fee changes take effect fourteen (14) days after we 'publish' notice of the change to the Site. All fees connected with utilizing our services and our Site, as well as all applicable taxes, is your responsibility (including any goods and services or value-added taxes, which will be added to amounts billed to you, if applicable). You may not charge a buyer any Machinoweb.com fees in addition to the final price of an item.

• Listing Description Any item you post for sale on our Site must be legally available for sale. On our Site's listing page, you must properly describe your item and indicate all conditions of sale. Your listings may only include text descriptions, graphics, photographs, and other content related to the sale of that item, including any information needed by law. The listing and its content must be your own work or something that you have the legal right to use.
• Fraud Without limiting any other remedies available to Machinoweb.com at law, in equity, or under this Agreement, Machinoweb.com may suspend or terminate your membership in its sole discretion if we reasonably suspect or think, or are notified by a government authority, that you have involved or may engage in fraudulent activity using, or otherwise in linkage with your use of our Site, and you will have no claim against Machinoweb.com in respect of any such termination or suspension.
• Infringement of Rights You must not infringe on the rights (including the intellectual property rights) of others in any way.
• Manipulation You or any other bidders or sellers may not influence the price of any item by, for example, engaging in, promoting, or allowing certain acts. You must also not tamper with the listings of other members in any manner.

Machinoweb.com shall have the right to refuse to provide you with Newsletters and/or decline to grant you access to any of the pages on the Site at any time and for any reason without giving you any prior notice, and Machinoweb.com shall not be responsible for any expenses or damages whatsoever (other than losses or damages for death or physical injury arising out of Machinoweb.com or its employees' negligence) arising from Machinoweb.com refusal to provide.

Machinoweb.com may refuse to publish, retract, or terminate your Advertisement if any of the following conditions are met:

• Machinoweb.com finds, without notice, that you are a machinery or equipment dealer, supplier, or trader, or otherwise ineligible to place an Advertisement;
• You violate Machinoweb.com Terms & Conditions.

You undertake to submit true, accurate, current, and full information about yourself in the registration or subscription form asked by Machinoweb.com ("the Registration Information").

You undertake to keep the Registration Information truthful, accurate, current, and full by maintaining and immediately updating it.

These terms apply to your use of the Newsletters and Publications in the same way that they apply to your use of the Site.

To submit an advertisement for machinery, equipment, or other products, you must be at least 18 years old.

A third party may own the copyright and other rights to some of the material displayed on or in the Site. It is your duty to get any licenses or permissions necessary to use such material, and you agree to reimburse Machinoweb.com for any fees or expenditures incurred as a consequence of your failure to secure such licenses and permissions.

Machinoweb.com does not guarantee that your use of the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Machinoweb.com disclaims all liability and responsibility for any damages, including, but not restricted to, indirect or consequential damages, lost opportunity or chance damages, or any other damages arising from use or loss of use, data, or profits, whether in contract, negligence, or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with any information on the Site or any other Internet sites or their use.

Some of the web pages or on the Site include third-party content (including, but not limited to, ads). Individual users and advertisers are entirely responsible for the content of advertising and other material submitted to Machinoweb.com, as well as for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Machinoweb.com bears no liability for the content of third-party material, including any mistake, omission, or inaccuracy therein.

Machinoweb.com has a Privacy Policy applicable to all members and is included in this Agreement. Our most recent Privacy Policy may be found at www.Machinoweb.com/privacy. You must read and agree to our Privacy Policy upon registration in order to use our Site, and you will be bound by its terms (including any changes we make to it) for the duration of your membership.

We may share information about you with the government or other authorities without notifying you, either before or after disclosure, as authorized by the Privacy Policy.

Some of the Site's pages contain connections to other websites. These links are provided to allow visitors to reach additional pages that are thought to be of use to them. Machinoweb.com is not liable for the content of these websites.

Without the previous written authorization of Machinoweb.com, no connections from other websites to the Site are authorized

While every effort has been made to ensure that the Site's pages and Newsletters are virus-free, Machinoweb.com makes no guarantees that they are, and users are responsible for ensuring that proper virus-checking software is installed.

Machinoweb.com disclaims all liability and responsibility (other than liability for death or physical injury caused by Machinoweb.com or its officers' negligence) for any viruses or other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, restrict, destroy, limit the functionality of, or compromise the integrity of any computer software or hardware or telecom equipment, or other material transmitted with or through the website.

• The pages of the Site or other Internet sites;
• Any information downloaded from the Site or other Internet sites;
• Any Newsletter; or
• Any Publication.

If any of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable, it will be severed and removed from the terms and conditions, and the other terms and conditions will survive, remain in full force and effect, and be binding and enforceable.

You agree to grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, permanent, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) right to do and authorize the doing of all acts consisting in the copyright and to exercise the publicity, and database rights (but no other rights) you have in the information you supply us with so that we do not violate any rights you might have in that information. Machinoweb.com will use Your Information strictly in line with our Privacy Policy. We require this in order to utilize and display your material.

Machinoweb.com owns the feedback, however, we allow you to use it on our Site while you are a member. Without our prior written consent, you may not use or deal with it in any way that is inconsistent with our Policies.

You may not do (or fail to do) anything that might jeopardize the feedback system's integrity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any moment if we are worried about any feedback about you, or if your feedback rating is deemed problematic by Machinoweb.com.

• Banners:
• Payments for your Banner advertising, including any creative fees, is due before the banners go online.
• Machinoweb must authorize all material and creativity. Any creative that does not satisfy our standards or terms and conditions will be changed or rejected.
• If Machinoweb is in charge of creative, the requirement for creative must be finalized at least 5 days before the banner's go-live date. If you are creating your own creative, you must submit it at least 10 days before the banner's go-live date.
• There will be no live banners without your consent and ultimate word.
• Machinoweb must approve the web pages for your banner advertisement or campaign. For an additional fee, Machinoweb can design landing pages.
• Weblinks on Advertisements:
• Only the Gold and Silver memberships qualify for a direct connection to the Company's Website Homepage on each advertisement and Showroom.
• Machinoweb will be in charge of creating your account's weblink to your homepage.
• Only one URL per account is permitted.
• The hyperlink will simply lead to your website (not the individual advert pages).
• If you make any modifications to your website, you must notify Machinoweb promptly.
• Sponsored Articles:
• Machinoweb will publish the piece in the Machinoweb online magazine. Machinoweb cannot publish on other platforms for you but may offer you with the text document so that you can post it on your own website or blog.
• All articles published on other platforms must first have written approval from Machinoweb and contain a link back to the original article on the Machinoweb online magazine and https://www.machinoweb.com/.
• All featured articles will have "Presented by..." wording or something similar at the top of the page. This is non-negotiable and part of our legal responsibilities.
• Machinoweb must authorize every material. Any subjects or creatives that do not satisfy our standards or terms and conditions will be changed or rejected.
• Under no circumstances will Machinoweb write or publish a biased product, machinery, or equipment reviews.
• Your first fees include two article proofs.
• The sponsored article brief must be submitted at least 10 days before the publishing date to Machinoweb.
• No article will be posted unless you provide your permission.
• Criteria for Membership:
• Machinoweb.com provides its members with services. Membership is a privilege, not a right, and Machinoweb.com has the right to alter its services and suspend, terminate, or restrict your membership at any time if it considers that doing so is reasonable under the terms of this Agreement or any of its Policies.
• If Machinoweb.com alters its services, suspends, terminates, or restricts your membership in the situations stated above or in this Agreement, you may be unable to access our services temporarily or permanently, and applying for a new account is banned.
• Your membership cannot be transferred. Your Machinoweb.com account may not be accessed at all. You must not, in particular, enable anyone to use them or transfer or sell them to another party.
• You must keep control of your account while you are a member. You are responsible for what happens on that account and must notify us if there is any unauthorized use of your account or User ID.
• Types of Membership:
• Basic Membership: permits the user to list up to 05 advertisements at once; you can upload 05 pictures per Ad. This basic membership duration is 3 months.
• Silver Membership: lets the user list up to 10 regular advertisements at once; you can upload 10 pictures per ad, 03 Featured ads, 05 Videos limit, you can upload 02 PDF brochures.
• Gold Membership: permits the user to list up to 30 advertisements at once; you can upload 15 pictures per ad, 10 Featured ads, 05 Hot ads, you can upload 02 PDF brochure & 15 Videos limit.
• Platinum Membership: permits the user to list up to 50 advertisements at once; you can upload 15 pictures per ad, 15 Featured ads, 10 Hot ads, you can upload 04 PDF brochures & 25 Videos limit.
• Note: Our membership plans are offered at varying durations, including monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, and annually.

• Customer Agreement:
• By requesting a credit limit from Machinoweb, I/we (the Customer) agree that any credit (the credit facility) given as a result of this application will be subject to the terms and conditions indicated below, or as later changed by Machinoweb at its discretion and notified to the Customer.
• The Customer further recognizes and accepts that if the Customer is given credit facilities for listing upgrade and management services, each is to be considered as a distinct credit facility when applying the terms and conditions.
• Machinoweb checks its credit limitations on a regular basis. Machinoweb has the right to examine and amend the Customer's credit limit at any time.
• The Customer indemnifies and holds innocuous Machinoweb and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any actions, claims, proceedings, or demands brought or made against it or them or any of them in respect of any loss, harm, or damage arising out of any violation of these terms and conditions by the Customer or any neglectful act or omission by the Customer, as well as any damages, costs, and expenses incurred in defending or settling any action.
• In the case of a disagreement over an overdue amount:
• The Customer undertakes to resolve the matter as follows:
• The Customer will provide Machinoweb with a written notice outlining the amount and full particulars of the dispute, including the reasons the Customer disputes the amount, as well as the contact information for a nominated representative with authority to settle the dispute on the Customer's behalf.
• The Customer's representative and Machinoweb will attempt to settle the dispute through direct negotiation.
• The parties will try to reach an agreement as soon as possible, and if they are unable to reach an agreement within 28 days, either side may file a lawsuit.
• Machinoweb will only use or disclose the Customer's personal information as necessary for the evaluation and management of the credit facility unless otherwise required by law.
• The Customer agrees that Machinoweb may immediately suspend or cancel the credit arrangement if the Customer:
• Obtains credit through fraud, dishonesty, or omission;
• Allows the amount of a monthly statement to remain unpaid for more than 30 days after its due date;
• Breaches any of these terms and conditions; or commits an act of bankruptcy as an individual;
• Becomes externally administered as a body corporate;
• If Machinoweb believes that continued use of the credit facility may cause damage or loss to the Customer or Machinoweb; or any change in circumstances, including, without limitation, changes in the Customer's constitution, ownership, membership, control status, or ability to provide security for payment of amounts that have or are likely to be charged to the credit facility, in the opinion of Machinoweb, renders the continuation of the application undesirable or unsatisfactory;
• Subject to any relevant legislative requirement, if the Customer breaches any of these terms and conditions;
• The Customer recognizes that any losses incurred as a consequence of the listing are exclusively the Customer's responsibility and releases Machinoweb and its officers, employees, and agents from any liability.
• Machinoweb may change these terms and conditions with respect to future transactions between Machinoweb and the Customer in the following ways:
• By agreement between Machinoweb and the Customer; or
• By providing the Customer with at least 21 days' prior written notice specifying the variation and the date on which the modification becomes effective.

Payment Conditions: Payment conditions are "Net 30 Days," with payment required within 30 days of the invoice date. If the Customer's credit limit is exceeded, it will be invoiced immediately; otherwise, it will be cleared monthly.

Collection and Fees: Machinoweb maintains the right to pursue outstanding sums for collection. External collection agent fees, legal and court charges, and other related costs may be added to the outstanding amount payable under the credit facility.

Credit Facility Discontinuation: If full payment is not received by the due date, the credit facility may be discontinued or revoked immediately. Machinoweb reserves the right to reinstate credit conditions following any suspension.

Notice of Variation: Notice of the variation under this paragraph does not need to be delivered separately; it can be included in the Customer's statement of account or in any other communication.

Immediate Payment: Machinoweb may seek immediate payment of all outstanding payments if the credit facility is terminated or revoked. Suspension or cancellation has no bearing on the Customer's obligations under the credit arrangement.

We have the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time. We may notify you of changes to the Terms and Conditions, but we are under no obligation to do so. All changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted on this page, and it is your duty to examine it on a regular basis.
